TOMORROW IS DAY 1, ALLL OVER AGAIN!

So I've spent the last half hour rereading all my blog entries, thinking 'where did that amazing, supermotivated girl go?' I started off last year weighing 235lbs, and ended it weighing 193. I still weigh 193, its April, and the scale hasn't budged, because I haven't been working hard enough. I let all the vending machines and the junk food that my brother brings home get to me. And what doesnt help is that I now work in a place where there is temptation 24/7 and I can barely afford to buy my own groceries to eat clean.

But every week, I will work on a new goal.

MY FIRST GOAL: EAT 1/2C OATMEAL W/ 1/2C SKIM MILK FOR BREAKFAST EVERYDAY. MAYBE EVEN WITH SOME YOGURT OR A BANANA ON THE SIDE.

I NEED TO GET BACK INTO THE HABIT OF EATING VERY HEALTHY CLEAN MEALS AT ALL TIMES, BECAUSE I HAVE LET MYSELF FALL OUT OF IT.

  1. I am starting NROL tonight (after letting the book sit on my shelf for a month after finishing a couple read-throughs). I'm a 22 yo 5'8, 210lbs woman who started at 280 lbs 18 months ago and got down to 190 lbs before gaining 20 lbs back after starting a new job. I let my book sit so long because I was afraid that someone over 200 lbs that hadn't lifted in years would fail...but your blog has inspired me and shown me that if I work hard and stay motivated I can see results too! I'd really like to chat with you sometime about how you adhered to the routine, modifications you made, your diet, etc sometime if you're down for it.
